Leon Ancliffe
Leon founded Flix Films in 2009, drawing on years of experience in theatre and as a freelance cinematographer and director. His vision was to create a production company focused on positive change across diverse sectors.
Driven by a passion for innovation, Leon launched Flix VR to pioneer the use of Virtual Reality in healthcare, particularly to enrich palliative and end-of-life care.
In his spare time, he grabs his 360° camera and backpack to explore the world, returning with fresh ideas, energy—and often an unruly beard.

Inspired by Sarah
After her MND diagnosis at 34, Sarah feared she’d never create art again. But with eye-tracking technology, she not only returned to art but became a tech pioneer for others with limited movement. When she shared her dream of swimming with dolphins, we brought it to life through an immersive VR wellness experience. Her reaction sparked our own VR journey.
